THE CRUS
Jacques Puisais used to say: "a fair wine must look where it comes from, the year it was made, and have the guts of the person who made it".
As in all great single grape variety appelation, we leave each crus to express themselves through their named range. Each plot get different soil, sun and field exposure, unique vegetation.
