We have not changed our philosophy. For the last 30 years we have been producing sincere, pure and pleasurable wines. We work hard to preserve rigour in our practices. We stay classic but not simplistic: "There is no great wine without great grapes". We stay vigilant in our vineyard so we have less to interfere in the cellar.

When young, the Cabernet Franc is naturally high in tannin. That is why we age it in big wooden barrels for 10 to 30 months, according to the year. We then bottle it ourselves.

Since 2014, sandstone eggs and amphorae have joined the oak containers. Year after year, our experience of the optimal maturity of grapes naturally led us to this noble material and very respectful of raw grapes.
